The Krewe of Marionettes was founded in January, 1957. We are the oldest continuously active female krewe in the Pensacola area. Our purpose is to foster community among our members by holding events including, but not limited to, an annual ball, quarterly socials and charity events. We participate in the Pensacola Grand Mardi Gras Parade annually.

Girl Krewes on the Beach was a huge success. We were joined by several other Krewes and we sold about 150 of our new pins. If you want one, they cost $5.​
